Corporate Puppy Yoga in Houston. We bring puppies to your office.
Wellness Wednesdays. All-hands events. Off-sites. Team retreats. Recruiting events. Holiday parties. We bring vetted 8 to 16-week-old puppies, yoga mats, and a certified instructor to your Houston office or off-site venue. Every team leaves with a story and photos they'll actually share. PO, ACH, and credit card billing supported. Private events begin at $900, custom-quoted within one business day.
Why corporate teams in Houston book puppy yoga
You've done the escape room. You've done the wine-and-paint. You've sat through the catered all-hands where the only memorable moment was the projector cable issue. The Houston corporate event market is saturated with formats your team has done so many times the photos look identical year over year.
Puppy yoga works because the bar to engage is zero. There's no scoreboard, no competition, no "I'm not really into yoga" excuse. There are puppies. People who say they don't like yoga end up laying on the floor letting a 10-week-old Cavalier doze on their chest. Engineers who would normally have their laptop open during all-hands forget the laptop exists. It's the rare corporate event where everyone, introverts, extroverts, the new hire, the VP, has the same uncomplicated good time.
The photos are also significantly better than every other corporate event you've ever booked. We've yet to have a session where the client didn't end up with content their marketing team wanted to use on LinkedIn.
Corporate event formats we deliver
Wellness Wednesdays (recurring)
Monthly or quarterly puppy yoga sessions integrated into your HR wellness calendar. Per-session pricing decreases with commitment. We've built annual 6-session and 12-session packages for Houston companies that want a recurring wellness perk that actually moves attendance numbers.
All-hands & town halls
Open the meeting with a 30-minute puppy yoga warm-up. Or close it with a 75-minute wind-down. We've slotted into all-hands events from 30 to 200+ employees by running back-to-back sessions. Bring puppies into a conference room or open floor and your engagement score for the meeting jumps measurably.
Team off-sites & retreats
Energy Corridor companies host off-sites in The Woodlands or hill country resorts. We can travel to your retreat location (within 60 mi of Houston) and integrate a puppy yoga session into your agenda. Works especially well as a morning grounding session before a heavy strategy day.
Holiday parties & year-end celebrations
Houston companies are starting to skip the catered hotel ballroom in favor of memorable smaller-format experiences. Puppy yoga slots beautifully into a December afternoon, staff vote for it, finance approves it because it's cheaper than the open bar.
Recruiting & client events
Hosting a recruiting open house or client appreciation? Adding puppy yoga as the experiential layer is a guaranteed conversation starter. Candidates remember the company that did puppy yoga at their info session. Clients remember the firm that closed with a puppy on their mat.
Summer intern kickoffs
Welcome your summer interns with something they'll actually post about. We've done intern kickoff sessions for Energy Corridor and Downtown firms where the puppy yoga moment ended up being the most-shared content from the first week of the program.
What's included in every corporate booking
How a corporate booking works
We serve all major Houston business districts
We deliver corporate events anywhere in Greater Houston. Below is what each office district usually means in practice, since the building matters as much as the company.
Energy Corridor
Our closest office corridor, about 8 minutes east on I-10, and the district we run the most corporate sessions in. Large campuses here typically have a training room or an amenity floor that works without any furniture moving, and building security usually wants a certificate of insurance a few days ahead. We can have one issued in your building manager's name on request.
Galleria, Uptown, and Tanglewood
About 10 minutes north on 610. Mostly tower floors, which means freight elevator access and a loading dock time window. Tell us the building and we'll handle the COI and dock booking with property management directly, so your EA is not chasing it.
Westchase and Briar Forest
Roughly 12 minutes southeast. A lot of mid-size offices with open floor plans, which are the easiest spaces we work in, we just need a clear 300 square feet for a group of 15.
Downtown and Midtown
About 20 minutes east on I-10. Tower logistics again, plus tighter parking for our load-in. Downtown sessions work best mid-morning or right after lunch, before the afternoon dock rush.
Greenway Plaza and Upper Kirby
About 15 minutes via 59 and 610. Several employers here run active wellness budgets, and this is where we get the most repeat quarterly bookings rather than one-off events.
The Woodlands, Memorial, Katy, and Sugar Land
All within our standard travel range. Suburban office parks tend to have the most flexible space and the easiest load-in of anywhere we work, and outdoor courtyards are workable outside of Houston summer.
Corporate pricing, insurance, and what your building will ask for
The three questions procurement and office management always raise, answered up front so you can get this approved without a back-and-forth.
Pricing by headcount
- Up to 20 guests: from $900. One session, roughly a 90-minute window on site.
- 20 to 40 guests: typically $1,200 to $1,800. Usually run as two back-to-back sessions so the puppy-to-person ratio stays meaningful, rather than one crowded room.
- 40+ guests or all-day activations: quoted per event. For open-house formats we run a rotating puppy room instead of scheduled classes, so people drop in between meetings.
- Recurring wellness programs: monthly or quarterly bookings are discounted against the one-off rate and locked for the term.
Every quote is a single flat number, itemized for finance. No per-person add-ons, no service fee, no surprise line items.
Insurance and certificates
We carry $1M general liability coverage year-round, not per-event. We can name your company, your building owner, or your property manager as additional insured and send the certificate directly to whoever requests it, typically within one business day. Most Houston towers ask for this 3 to 5 days before an event, so flag it when you book and it will not become a last-minute problem.
Billing terms
PO, ACH, or credit card. Net 30 available for established companies, deposit plus balance for first-time bookings. We can register as a vendor in your AP system and provide a W-9 on request.
What we need from your space
- Roughly 300 square feet of clear floor for 15 guests, scaling from there. Carpet, hardwood, or tile all work.
- A corner or side area where the puppies can rest between rotations.
- Access to a sink or restroom nearby, and a trash bin.
- About 30 minutes before and 20 minutes after your session window for setup and cleanup.
- Freight elevator or dock access if you are above the ground floor in a tower.
We bring everything else: mats, puppies, handlers, sanitation supplies, and cleanup. Nobody on your team has to move furniture or stay late.
Lead time
Three to four weeks is comfortable, especially for a weekday slot or anything in December. We have turned around faster for flexible dates. If you are planning around a specific wellness date, Mental Health Awareness Month in May or World Mental Health Day in October, book 6 to 8 weeks out, those weeks fill first.
Employee appreciation and recognition events
Not every booking is a yoga class. A large share of what we do for Houston companies is straightforward appreciation: a thank-you after a hard quarter, a service-anniversary celebration, an intern send-off, or a morale reset during a stretch of overtime. For those we often skip the yoga entirely and run a drop-in puppy room instead, so people rotate through in 15-minute waves without anyone stepping away from a deadline for an hour.
It works for the same reason the classes do. It is a genuinely nice thing that costs your team nothing to participate in, and it photographs well for internal comms and recruiting content. Employee Appreciation Day in early March is our single busiest corporate date, so plan that one early.

Travel beyond Beltway 8 may include a modest travel fee, always disclosed in your quote. We also travel to off-site retreat venues in the broader Greater Houston region, Cypress, Pearland, Clear Lake, Spring, Tomball.
Corporate event FAQ
Where can a corporate puppy yoga event be held?
We host corporate events at your office (conference room, lobby, open floor, outdoor patio), at offsite venues, hotel ballrooms, coworking spaces, or your team retreat location. We've delivered sessions at offices in the Energy Corridor, Downtown, Galleria, Memorial, and The Woodlands. We need flat floor space for 10 to 40 yoga mats and a way to safely contain the puppies.
How does corporate billing work?
We invoice via PO, ACH, or credit card. We've worked with HR departments, marketing teams, wellness committees, and EA-coordinated bookings. Our standard quote includes everything itemized for finance approval. Net 30 terms available for established companies; deposit + balance for first-time bookings.
How long is a corporate session?
Most corporate clients book a 90-minute window: 15 min for setup and arrivals, 60 min of class, 15 min for puppy cuddles and team photos. We can compress to 60 minutes total for tight schedules or stretch to a 2-hour deep wellness block. Multiple back-to-back sessions are common for larger headcounts.
What headcounts do you support?
Our minimum is 8 guests. Single sessions scale to 30 comfortably. For headcounts over 30, we run back-to-back sessions on the same day, this is common for departments and all-hands events. We've run 80+ employees through 3 consecutive sessions in a single afternoon.
What corporate event formats do you support?
Wellness Wednesdays (recurring), all-hands meetings, team off-sites, team-building events, holiday parties, year-end celebrations, summer intern kickoffs, client appreciation events, recruiting events, and conference receptions. If it's a corporate gathering of 8+ people, we've probably done a version of it.
Do you offer recurring corporate wellness programs?
Yes, we have monthly and quarterly programs for Houston companies that want puppy yoga as a recurring wellness benefit. Per-session pricing decreases with commitment. We've structured 6-session and 12-session annual packages for HR/people teams.
Will the puppies be a distraction or a mess?
Our puppies are 8 to 16 weeks, screened for temperament, and supervised at all times by trained handlers. They do exactly what puppies do, wander, snuggle, occasionally sleep on someone's mat. They don't shred carpet, scratch furniture, or harm office equipment. We bring puppy pads and clean up any accidents (rare but possible). We've worked in pristine corporate environments without issue.
Do you serve companies outside central Houston?
Yes, we serve all of Greater Houston within a 60-mile radius. We've done events in Katy, Sugar Land, The Woodlands, Pearland, and beyond. Travel beyond Beltway 8 may include a modest travel fee, always disclosed in your quote.
Can you bring puppies to our office?
Yes, and it's the most common way Houston companies book us. We arrive with the puppies, mats, an instructor, and everything needed for setup and cleanup. We work in conference rooms, open floors, lobbies, rooftop decks, and building amenity spaces. All you need is a clear floor area of roughly 300 square feet for a group of 15, and a spot for the puppies to rest between rotations.
How much does a corporate puppy yoga event cost in Houston?
Corporate bookings start at $900 for up to 20 guests and scale with headcount, session count, and travel distance. Most Houston corporate events land between $900 and $1,500. You get a written, itemized quote suitable for finance, and we support both standard invoicing and PO billing. Pricing includes $1M liability coverage, and we can add your company as an additional insured on request.
What is corporate puppy therapy?
Corporate puppy therapy is a shorter, drop-in version of a puppy event where employees rotate through a puppy room during the workday instead of taking a full class together. We run this for open-house days, benefits fairs, crunch periods, and client appreciation events. It works well when you can't pull an entire team off the floor at once.
Do you do puppies for corporate events other than yoga?
Yes. Not every group wants to do yoga. We run puppy-only sessions for team socials, holiday parties, all-hands meetings, recruiting events, and client appreciation days, with the same vetted puppies, staff, and insurance. Tell us the vibe you want and we'll suggest a format.
